Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixtures for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
